Bella Hadid’s low-key pottery-painting 23rd birthday party on Wednesday was just the beginning of her festivities. She saved the big glitzy night out for Thursday. Bella was photographed arriving at Saks’ L’Avenue for that party yesterday, dressed like a supermodel. She wore black pants, a Christian Dior choker, and a black crop top literally held together by crystals with giant gem dangle earrings. It was an unapologetically #HotGirlFall look, and she knew it:
Her older sister Gigi Hadid was at the party too, dressed in an olive blazer, a plaid corset, and matching pants.
Bella’s younger brother Anwar Hadid and his girlfriend Dua Lipa also showed up holding hands. They outfit-coordinated, with Dua wearing a skirt with purple and orange fringe to match Anwar’s oversized plaid shirt.
Photos and footage from inside the party were limited, but Bella did get fancy macaron cakes she posed with, and her mother Yolanda was also at the party, doting on her:
The Weeknd, Bella’s ex, wasn’t photographed at the L’Avenue soirée. But E! reported yesterday that the exes did talk on Wednesday and seemingly spent time together. A source told the outlet that “The Weeknd did reach out to Bella during the day to wish her a ‘Happy Birthday’ and they have been in touch. There is no bad blood between the two and they are on good terms right now. There isn’t any chance of them getting back together right now, but Bella never wants to have any anger or resentment towards anyone.”
A second source intriguingly added that Bella left her Wednesday evening birthday festivities at Miss Lily’s “by herself” and “got into the The Weeknd’s car.” Hmm…
