Just one day after President Donald Trump allowed a riled-up crowd at his campaign rally to chant, “Send her Back! Send her Back!” about Rep. Ilhan Omar, the lawmaker did go back, to her home district in Minnesota, where she received a hero’s welcome.
The Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport crowd held up signs with slogans reading “Stop Racism Now” and “All Are Welcome Here.” They also chanted “Welcome home, Ilhan!” as the Democratic freshman congresswoman held her hand to her heart and smiled.
The sweet moment was captured on camera by Tom Hauser of KSTP:
Omar retweeted video of her arrival, with the caption, “home sweet home!!”
According to The New York Times, Trump has said he is “not happy” with the chant directed at Omar at his Greenville, North Carolina, rally. When asked why he didn’t stop it, Trump reportedly said, “I think I did, I started speaking very quickly.”
“I didn’t say [send her back],” he added. “They did.”
However, the president then had an insane Twitter-tantrum calling the airport crowd, “a tiny staged crowd” to greet “Foul Mouthed Omar.”
It is amazing how the Fake News Media became “crazed” over the chant “send her back” by a packed Arena (a record) crowd in the Great State of North Carolina, but is totally calm & accepting of the most vile and disgusting statements made by the three Radical Left Congresswomen…
….Mainstream Media, which has lost all credibility, has either officially or unofficially become a part of the Radical Left Democrat Party. It is a sick partnership, so pathetic to watch! They even covered a tiny staged crowd as they greeted Foul Mouthed Omar in Minnesota, a…

Omar was in Minnesota for a Thursday town hall meeting on universal health care with Rep. Pramila Jayapal of Washington. “It is really good to be home,” she said at the meeting in a Minneapolis community center, according to CNN.
“I know there are a lot of people that are trying to distract us now,” she added, “but I want you all to know that we are not going to lie down.”
